Pickup Guidelines

Loading Assistance

Please Use Caution

Pick up your order directly from one of our facilities or take advantage of our subsidized local delivery programs available around our Los Angeles and Tampa locations.

Customer Pickup

Customer pickup is available from our facilities during regular business hours.

Pickup Guidelines

Orders should be picked up within 48 hours unless other arrangements have been made with your sales representative.
We aim to bring out our final pickup orders by approximately 5:45 PM so customers have sufficient time to load before closing.
Please make sure your entire order will fit safely in your vehicle before requesting it for pickup. Once pallets have been opened or partially loaded, we may not be able to accept merchandise back.
Bring appropriate straps, tie-downs or other equipment needed to safely secure your merchandise.
Unwanted packaging or materials should be placed in the designated trash containers. Please do not leave merchandise, packaging or trash in the parking or loading areas.
Wooden pallets that are not being taken should be returned to the designated pallet area or given to a team member.

Loading Assistance

Our team can provide limited loading assistance.

Whole pallets may generally be loaded by forklift into suitable pickup trucks, vans or trailers after the appropriate loading acknowledgment or damage waiver is completed.

Our team cannot hand-load individual merchandise into customer vehicles.

If your vehicle cannot safely accommodate your order, we can help arrange shipping instead.

Please Use Caution

Forklifts, trucks and other heavy equipment operate throughout our loading areas.

Please remain alert at all times and keep children and pets close to you or inside your vehicle while in the loading yard.

Southern California Shipping Special

Ship Locally From Our Los Angeles Facility

Customers located within approximately 150 miles of our Lynwood, California facility may qualify for subsidized local delivery.

Ship up to 12 pallets for one low flat rate throughout much of Southern California.

Residential delivery and liftgate service are included.

The more pallets you ship together, the lower your effective delivery cost per pallet.

Local delivery can be an economical alternative to traditional LTL freight or arranging your own transportation.

Florida Sunshine Special

Ship Locally From Our Tampa Facility

Customers located within approximately 150 miles of our Tampa, Florida facility may qualify for our Sunshine Special subsidized local delivery program.

Ship up to 12 pallets for one low flat rate throughout much of the Tampa Bay region and surrounding Central Florida markets.

Residential delivery and liftgate service are included.

Local Delivery Made Simple

The Sunshine Special is designed to make purchasing pallet quantities from our Tampa facility easier and more economical for local and regional buyers.

Pickup or Delivery — Your Choice

Whether you prefer to pick up directly from one of our facilities or have your pallets delivered locally, our team can help you choose the most practical and cost-effective option for your order.

Pick Up

Self-Pick Up is available from our cash & carry facility. Some things to note:

We aim to make our last deliveries for self-pick up by 5:45pm so customers have enough time to load their goods prior to closing
Goods need to be picked up within 48 hours of being ordered
When picking up goods in person – please make sure what you request to be delivered to you for pick-up can fit entirely in your vehicle. Return of partial pallets which have already been opened is not possible
Please ensure you bring sufficient tie downs and/or straps with you to secure your shipment when appropriate
Please discard any unwanted goods or materials in the trash containers which are provided – please DO NOT leave discarded goods or trash in the parking lot
If you are leaving the wooden pallets behind – please return it to the designated area or ask a team member for assistance
Assistance to help you load the goods is limited. Should you sign a potential damage disclaimer, Team Members will assist you to load Whole Pallets by way of fork-lift in to your pick-up or van but team members cannot assist you to hand load any goods. If you are unable to load your order yourself we would be happy to arrange competitive shipping to your destination
Please note heavy machinery operates in our parking/loading yard. Please demonstrate extreme caution at all times. Keep pets and children close to you or inside your vehicle

PAY AS LITTLE AS $12.50 PER PALLET!*

Via Trading offers subsidized Shipping Specials to customers within 150 miles of our facility in Lynwood. Ship up to 12 Pallets for a low price within most of Southern California! Prices include residential delivery with lift-gate. Cheaper than LTL deliveries! Cheaper than renting a u-haul & gas!
